Description
Plant spacing is based on the ultimate width of the plants. This figure is normally given as a range; for example, 3-5’. If you live in a cold climate and/or want plants to fill in more quickly, plan to space at the shorter end of the range. If you live in a warm climate, are on a limited budget, or are willing to wait longer for plants to touch, use the higher end of the range. Using the larger number is recommended when calculating distance from a building or structure. There’s really no such thing as "maximum spacing": if you don’t want your plants to touch, you can space them as far apart as you’d like. All plant spacing is calculated on center, or in other words, the centers of the plants are spaced one half of their eventual width apart:
Unless you are planting in a straight line, as you might for hedges or edging, space your plants in a staggered or zig-zag pattern for a more interesting and naturalistic look:

Unfortunately, the delivery time was too long and my plants did not survive.
Hello Sandi!
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, we're sorry to hear your plants didn't arrive to you in great condition. We appreciate you giving us a chance to make things right and apologize that we weren't able to get you this plant for your garden this season. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns, we're happy to help!
I was really hoping to have the two lavender I ordered survive. Within 1 week the pink was completely dead, the white lavender I ordered has barely survived, I’m hoping it makes it.

We appreciate your feedback and again apologize for the condition your plants arrived in. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
I bought 4 plants, 3 of them died in 2 days, only 1 plant survived. It's not entirely the seller's fault since the plants were shipped in the record-setting heatwave days.
First time ordering and I am thrilled with the quality of plants I received. The plants also arrived quickly and were packed extremely well. I have ordered from 'competitors' in the past and have been so disappointed I vowed never to mail-order plants again. I am so glad I gave Great Garden Plants a try and am looking forward to placing orders in the future! Gardening in deer country is challenging, and the variety of lavender colors is appreciated and exciting!!! THANK YOU!!!
Excellent packing, my plants are happy!
