Super Impressed!

I ordered two of these in the fall of 2022 and planted them in pots. In spring 2023 I realized that the maximum zone is 7, which I am in. But not your average zone 7, this is Oklahoma, which has super hot summers. I figured these poor things will be cooked by the end of summer. Well, we had nearly three weeks worth of triple digits this summer, up to 105 even, and these things didn't bat an eye. They quadrupled in size and didn't even have a single heat stressed leaf. These pictures were taken the 24th of September, 2023. I highly recommend these guys. They even have nice white speckled bark to boot.

LOVE YOUR PLANTS . . .

. . . HATE that big fat metal ring adhering the plastic wrap to the plastic pot. (There has got to be another way!!!!) If you guys weren't so good and your plants weren't so beautiful and reliable, I would not put up with that big fat metal ring . . .

Too tiny yet to inow

They are alcove and tiny. It will be a long while before I can see it mature. Ask me again in 2 years.
