Description
Plant spacing is based on the ultimate width of the plants. This figure is normally given as a range; for example, 3-5’. If you live in a cold climate and/or want plants to fill in more quickly, plan to space at the shorter end of the range. If you live in a warm climate, are on a limited budget, or are willing to wait longer for plants to touch, use the higher end of the range. Using the larger number is recommended when calculating distance from a building or structure. There’s really no such thing as "maximum spacing": if you don’t want your plants to touch, you can space them as far apart as you’d like. All plant spacing is calculated on center, or in other words, the centers of the plants are spaced one half of their eventual width apart:
Unless you are planting in a straight line, as you might for hedges or edging, space your plants in a staggered or zig-zag pattern for a more interesting and naturalistic look:

They came in good health
The 6 shrubs arrived in good condition. I followed the instructions and planted them a few days later. They're small compared to the overgrown bushes we pulled out, but so far they look great!
Package really well.i like them alot they add nice color to a garden. Thank you
They were smaller than expected for the cost. Expected them to be more established. The heat and wind have beaten them hard, hoping they will survive.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned on our website, we ship young plants with well established root systems. The important thing when it comes to purchasing plants, whether online or in a garden center, is that they have a full, robust root system, and that's what we prioritize in our growing. The more roots a plant has, the more energy it can put into growing once it is planted in your garden. We have a 60-day guarantee on all our plants. If you experience any trouble, please let us know.

These trees are being advertised as suitable for Zone 8 (which includes North Texas, specifically Dallas-Ft. Worth). We bought 7 trees and after receiving them we followed all the instructions recommended to avoid stressing the plants, planted them and put mulch around them except on the trunk, etc; we also put an irrigation system and the plants thrived. During the Spring, the trees looked gorgeous, BUT after the horrible heat wave we had in 2022, all my Fluffy Arborvitaes died. All 6 trees, except one and you can tell it's doing horribly. Not sure why these nurseries continue to advertise these plants are suitable for hot weather. They are not. Save your money and buy something that's natural to your location.
