More Information

Description Red creeping thyme (Thymus praecox) quickly spreads to form a lush carpet of small leaves and vibrant blooms! Soft green foliage is aromatic when touched or crushed. Hundreds of saturated pink and red flowers add even more fragrance as they bloom in early summer. The flowers are rich in nectar and are a magnet for butterflies. Keep your garden low maintenance with red creeping thyme! It grows densely, crowding out unwanted weeds as it spreads. The only requirement this deer-resistant and hardy ground cover has is a sunny spot with good drainage. Try planting a red creeping thyme lawn or tuck between other plants in small spaces. With red creeping thyme, creating a pop of color on sunny slopes and pathways has never been easier. Buying landscape plugs? Not with the purchase

The plants are so intertwined that successfully separating them into the number of plants the product states is not possible.

Hello! We’re sorry that you received plants that are not up to our standards. We try our best to provide excellent plants, but some factors, like shipping and handling, are outside our control. T...

Four weeks in

Ordered 2 landscape plug packs that came in great condition and planted early April. They are doing great 4 weeks later. They don't like too much water. Make sure you're not planting where there's standing water after a rain. The flower color on mine are not red, it is more pink/ purple. Pictures show first planted vs now.

Plugs arrived well packed with slightly moist roots and developed stems/leaves. Plugs were larger than expected.

I unpacked and planted immediately and most plugs seem to be establishing and thriving.

Sent too early and died

I have ordered plans and bulbs online at other places and they always sent the items when it was time for them to be planted. Unfortunately, this order was sent way too early. I tried my best to keep the plants alive until time to plant, but they all died. I ended up having to go to a local nursery and purchase new plants.

We do allow our customers to select their ideal ship date for this exact reason! We're sorry you selected an early ship date for your area. Please contact us at claims@greatgardenplants.com with your order number and photos of the plants so we can better assist you. All orders are covered by our 60-day guarantee. We look forward to helping! https://bit.ly/ggp-guarantee
