Delivered perfectly

I already submitted my review but I needed to add … people are upset the plants are small. Yes, they are small but you’re not paying $50 for an adult plant. There is nothing wrong with planting something that is young and can establish its roots easily in its new home. Our plants that we put in the ground last week have already grown flowers and are doing well. Thank you for delivering healthy plants!

Dead on arrival

I ordered 9 Walker’s Low Catmint plants. Based on the beautiful pictures on the website, I would expect to receive a plant, instead I received “plants” that had been cut down to approximately 2 to 3 inches in height that were essentially dead. The plants were shipped, laying on their sides, rolled in cardboard and stacked. I’ve ordered plants from many nurseries and never had them arrive shipped that way and in such poor condition. It was extremely disappointing.

The plants were healthy. They were just a LOT smaller than I expected.

We’re sorry you’re not satisfied with your plants! On each product page and our plant sizes page, we note that all of our plants are young. The size of our plants varies depending on the time of year and whether they were recently trimmed. The most important thing when purchasing plants, online or in garden centers, is a full and robust root system, which we prioritize. Trimming only encourages stronger root development! All orders are covered by our 60-day guarantee, so please reach out to claims@greatgardenplants.com to start the claims process if necessary.

Very disappointed

I was really looking forward to the six cat mint plants I ordered. They arrived wilted and in very bad shape. I tried to nurse them back to health, but unfortunately all but one didn’t survive. Very disappointed!
