Description
Plant spacing is based on the ultimate width of the plants. This figure is normally given as a range; for example, 3-5’. If you live in a cold climate and/or want plants to fill in more quickly, plan to space at the shorter end of the range. If you live in a warm climate, are on a limited budget, or are willing to wait longer for plants to touch, use the higher end of the range. Using the larger number is recommended when calculating distance from a building or structure. There’s really no such thing as "maximum spacing": if you don’t want your plants to touch, you can space them as far apart as you’d like. All plant spacing is calculated on center, or in other words, the centers of the plants are spaced one half of their eventual width apart:
Unless you are planting in a straight line, as you might for hedges or edging, space your plants in a staggered or zig-zag pattern for a more interesting and naturalistic look:

Say goodbye to your winter blues! With sunny days and warm temperatures on the horizon, we can tell that spring is right around the corner. When you see these flowers, you know spring is in full swing. Here’s a list of our favorite tried-and-true spring-blooming plants to help celebrate the seasonal transition.
The plants came delivered in good shape. I got them planted and the nice, bright, tall blooms were completely gone the next morning. I now have baskets over them to protect them and have put out new healthy leaves. I’m looking forward to next spring’s blooms. The orange blooms are small but vivid!
Arrived at my door in excellent condition. They are happy and healthy thriving in my garden .
Planted last summer. Deer ate it some but it didn’t die. Now it’s got buds that are opening. I know I’m going to be very happy with this plant once it fully stakes it’s claim. Thanks, Great Gardens!
I ordered 6 and only one survived a week after placing in ground. Very let down. Love Geum’s
I hope it would grow for me but it didn't
